CRM Upgrade - Rollout plan

A plan of sorts for the upgrade to CRM4.0
Thursday 05/02/09
- 3pm start - CRM Data up until 3pm will be migrated to crm4
- Run the server upgrade process - all being well will be finished by early evening
- Get email router sorted
Friday 06/02/09
- Rollout client upgrades & provide support (secretaries and other regular users)
- Add and test key workflows - event registrations etc.
Monday 09/02/09
- Finish client upgrades
- Finish key workflows
