Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4

Submitted by Stephen Gray on Wed, 15/04/2009 - 08:50
We use Microsoft CRM 4 to manage most of our key business processes -
- all contact with stakeholders tracked against categories
- events management - registration, evaluations etc
- subscriptions management - tracking membership, and other subs such as www.grant-tracker.org and www.communitybuyer.org
- Operational reporting
- Automated workflows
Most staff use outlook or the full CRM web interface to track emails, phone calls, meetings and tasks against a range of topics, projects, networks, events, whatever. This allows us to aggregate activity numbers to support our funders' reporting requirements.
We continue to modify and develop the CRM application - adding new entities, workflows and reports.
Currently CRM version 4 - migration from 3 was interesting
